An eminent Chartered Accountant who has served various committees and working groups set up by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI); Indian Chambers of Commerce, Kolkata; Department of Company Affairs, Government of India; Reserve Bank of India; apart from being a member of the Accounting Standards Board set up by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and alternate member of the National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards set up by Government of India. He has handled professional advisory assignments in various fields and has been involved in various Trusts, Educational and Cultural Institutions.

Shri Y.S. Lodha is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India having vast knowledge and rich & varied Corporate experience of over three decades in the various cable companies all belonging to M.P. Birla Group.

Dr. Kavita A. Sharma is Ph.D in English, M.A. in English from Delhi University and LL.M. from University of British Columbia, Canada. She has served as Director of India International Center, New Delhi during the period from August, 2008 to October, 2014. She was also Honorary visiting Lecturer at Tokyo Women's Christian College during the period 1974-75 and Honorary visiting Lecturer at University of Indonesia during the period 1977-78. She has served as President of South Asian University, New Delhi.

Dr. Sharma has been awarded with various fellowships including Faculty Enrichment Fellowship by Shastri Indo Canadian Institute at Vancouver, Academic Year 1991-92. She has also conferred the "Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award" by the Nation Integration and Economic Council.

She has published various books and articles in the field of education, social and economy. She is a Life member of various professional organizations like English Association, Indian Association of Canadian Studies, Indian Law Institute, etc.

Shri B. R. Nahar is a Chartered Accountant. He has served as Managing Director of Birla Corporation Limited, the flagship Company of the M.P. Birla group. Under his leadership, Birla Corporation Limited has been ranked First among the mid-size Cement Companies in India. He has been holding important positions in major Companies for four decades. Business magazine had identified him as the best CEO among India's mid-size Cement Companies and one of India's most valuable CEO's. He was Executive Director of the Essar group, Mumbai, one of the largest diversified business houses in India. Earlier, he was Executive President of Vikram Ispat of the Aditya Birla Group, one of the largest groups of India.

Shri Dilip Ganesh Karnik has completed Bachelor of Science from University of Pune in the year 1969 and is also a Gold medalist in Law from University of Pune. He was practicing advocate from 1972 to 2001 and was elevated as Additional Judge of Hon'ble Bombay High Court on 12th October, 2001 and thereafter sworn in as permanent Judge on 4th October, 2004. He retired on 9th May, 2012 and is presently practicing as Arbitrator and Legal Consultant.

Shri Kishore Kumar Mehrotra has completed his M.Tech. (Metallurgical Engineering) in 1980 from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, B.Tech. (Metallurgical Engineering) in 1975 from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and Diploma in Industrial Engineering in 1991. He has experience of over four decades in the field of design, consultancy, technology evaluation, process selection and optimization in iron and steel, energy audit, marketing in the area of oil & gas and infrastructure, and Project Management. He has authored 40 technical papers presented in National / International seminars and published in National / International Journals.

Dr. Ananya Ghosh Dastidar holds Ph.D. in 2003 from C.E.S.P., J.N.U, New Delhi. Prior to that she has completed B.Sc. [Economics (Hons)], Mathematics and Political Science in 1991 from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata; M.A. (Economics) in 1993 from C.E.S.P., J.N.U, New Delhi; and M. Phil in 1996 from C.E.S.P., J.N.U, New Delhi. She is having rich experience of 23 years in the field of Education, Management and Administration with good understanding of Finance, Business Economics, which has involved combining theoretical, academic knowledge with practical, real world business experiences. Currently she is holding the position of Professor and Head of the Department of Finance and Business Economics and Dean, Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Delhi.

Shri Siddharth Swarup holds MBA (PGDBM) from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata in 2003. Prior to that, he has completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune in 1997. He is having rich experience of over 26 years in overseeing manufacturing activities, technology development and innovation. He has proficiently handled the General management functions, operations using several types of machines, quality assurance plans and testing requirements. He has the ability to drive continuous improvement through application of various principles to enhance safety, ensure quality, improve planning, reduce costs, optimize inventory, mitigate future issues and system audits.
